Fish platter with cheese in multicooker

Ingredients

  • 230 g (8 oz) tilapia fillet
  • 200 g (7 oz) salmon fillet
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cheese
  • 100 ml sour cream 10%
  • salt, spices

1. Wash the fish and cut into cubes 1-1.5 cm.

2. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

3. All ingredients, except cheese, put to the multicooker cup. Stir well. Add cheese on top.

4. Press "Bake" for 20 minutes. Cook until ready.

Tip: Decorate with olives and red basil when serving.
