Ingredients:
* 2 cups cooked pasta shells
* 1 to 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 can (14 1/2 oz) tomatoes, chopped
* 1 can Nacho Cheese Soup
* salt and pepper to taste
A quick and tasty weeknight meal.
Preparation:
Brown beef with onions; add green bell pepper and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes, soup and pasta, Mix well; taste and add salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer until hot.
