For one serving:
3/4 cup bread kvass,
1/2 tsp sugar,
2 g tea,
20 g water,
dried mint,
10 g dry wine, citric acid.
Brew dried mint and tea. Make a syrup from sugar and cool. Strain. Mix bread kvass, syrup, brewed tea and mint and wine. Add citric acid to taste and cool. Serve with ice cubes.
