Ingredients:
* 4 corn cobs, husks and stalks removed
* sugar, for sprinkling
* pinch of salt
* 4 tablespoons water
* 50 g (2 oz) butter, melted
1. Place each corn cob on a piece of foil large enough to contain it and sprinkle with a little sugar, salt and 1 tablespoon water. Seal the edges of the foil firmly, to make parcels.
2. Place on an oiled grid over a preheated barbecue and cook over hot coals for 20-30 minutes or until the com cobs are tender. Open out the parcels and pour the melted butter over the cooked corn cobs. Serve them immediately in their foil wrappings.
