* 2 pounds potatoes
* 2 onions
* 2 tomatoes
* 18 ounces minced beef
* 1,5 ounces grated cheese

Cooking:
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water and make mashed potatoes.
2. Butter a baking pan and add half the potatoes.
3. Fry the onions with the tomatoes, add the beef, salt, pepper, two tablespoonfuls of water and simmer until ready.
4. Put the beef with the vegetables on the potatoes and cover with the remaining potatoes.
5. Sprinkle with the cheese.
6. Bake 30 min at high heat.
7. Garnish with soured cream.
