Put the joint, fat side down, in a large deep dish. Cover with greaseproof paper and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 12 minutes. Pour off the juices. Turn the joint over and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 12-15 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the centre registers 70°C/160°F. To serve rare, transfer to a serving plate, cover and stand for 5 minutes. Stand for 20 minutes for well done meat. The joint may be browned during the standing time, under a preheated hot grill.
