Ingredients
200g small tomatoes
2 medium tomatoes
6 octopus
1/4 tsp of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp soup powder
1 tablespoon of tamarindenpaste
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 garlic
6 Thai chili peppers
young onion
1 Bitter melon
In a pan, heat up some water. Add octopuses and let the octopuses cook until tender.
Separately, stir-fry in another pan vegetable oil, the garlic, chili peppers and tomatoes.
Add to vegetables sugar, salt and tamarind paste.
Serve bitter melon and sliced octopuses together, add fried vegetables.
