Ingredients:
1 duck,
50 g butter,
400 g apples,
salt, pepper, parsley.
Peel apples, cut into halves or quarters, removing core. Stuff the prepared duck with apples, sew up, sprinkle with salt and pour over melted butter. Place in roast pan and encircle with apples and roast in oven. Remove thread before serving. Place duck on platter, garnish with baked apples and baste with drippings, garnish with parsley.
