Ingradients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 tbsp spelt flour
ground cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw honey
100 g fresh blackberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp arrowroot powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
almond extract
Mix old-fashioned oats, spelt flour, ground cinnamon, coconut oil and raw honey.
In another bowl mix fresh blackberries, coconut sugar, arrowroot powder, lemon juice and almond extract.
In a small baking pan, we put the mix with fresh blackberries then mix old-fashioned oats.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 F.
Healthy breakfast cooked.
