750 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed
salt
6x 15 ml spoons water


Place the sprouts in a large deep casserole. Add salt to the water and pour over. Cover with cling film and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 8 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Remove the cling film and drain.
Serves 4-6
