OVEN: Pre-heatto fairly hot (200°C, 400°F, Gas No. 6)
SHELF: Middle
1. Peel equal sized potatoes or cut large ones into equal sized pieces.
2. Heat Spry Crisp'n Dry Oil or White Cap in roasting tin.
3. Roll potatoes in the oil or fat and baste them.
4. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 1 1/4 -1 1/2 hours. Turn and baste after 20 minutes.
