1 onion
400 g/14 oz red cabbage,
finely sliced
5 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
25 g/1 oz peeled walnuts

Preparation. Peel and finely chop the onion. Combine the cabbage and onion in a large dish. In a bowl mix together the oil, lemon juice, mayonnaise, mustard and cumin and stir the dressing into the cabbage. Leave for a minimum 2 hours for the dressing to be thoroughly absorbed. Garnish the salad with chopped walnuts.
