dried fruit in honey jelly90 g (3 oz) honey
60 g (2 oz) dried apricots
60 g (2 oz) raisins
12 g (0.4 oz) gelatin sheets
5 g (0.2 oz) lemon juice
330 ml water

1. Wash raisins and dried apricots, soak in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

2. Cut dried apricots into cubes 1x1 cm.

3. Dissolve honey in water, add gelatin and leave for 30 minutes. Then stir well.

4. Put raisins and dried apricots to the multicooker cup. Pour mix of water, honey and gelatin.

5. Press "Milk porridge" for 10 minutes. Cook until ready.

6. Pour the ready mix to molds and put to the fridge for 5-6 hours. Serve.
