Arrabbiata Sauce 'n' Pasta
Ingredients
- Fry Light, for spraying
- 1 small onion, sliced thinly
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- pinch dried mixed herbs
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 454g/1 lb passata
- salt & ground black pepper
- 454g/1 lb dried pasta
Spray a large saucepan with Fry Light and cook the onion, garlic, herbs and chilli flakes for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the passata and season to taste. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and mix well before serving.
