Quorn Sausages in Red Wine
Ingredients
- 12 button onions, peeled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 Quorn Sausages
- 170g/6 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp redcurrant jelly
- 142ml / 1/4 pt red wine
Fry the onions in the olive oil for 5-10 minutes until golden. Add the garlic and the Quorn Sausages and continue frying for 10 minutes turning frequently until browned. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Mix the jelly and wine together and add to the sausages. Heat gently until the jelly dissolves then bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
