* 50g (2 oz) Stork Special Blend margarine
* 1 x 10ml spoon (1 dessertspoon) chopped parsley
* Lemon juice
* Salt and pepper

1. Mix together all ingredients and shape into small roll.
2. Wrap in foil or greaseproof paper and chill in a freezer. Slice off pats as required.

Anchovy Dressing
Omit parsley and substitute 2 x 5ml spoons (2 teaspoons) anchovy essence.
Garlic Dressing
Omit parsley and lemon juice, substitute 1/2 clove garlic, very finely crushed.
Mint Dressing
Omit parsley, substitute 1 x 5ml spoon (1 teaspoon) finely chopped fresh mint. Serve with lamb chops.
Orange Dressing
Omit parsley and lemon juice, substitute grated rind of half an orange and a teaspoon of the juice.

Serve with lamb cutlets, steak or fish.
