2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry or sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon groundnut or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
