FISH-FINGERS-BAKED-BEANS-APREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes

1 x 100 g (4 oz) potato
2 fish fingers
2 tablespoons baked beans
in tomato sauce
2 teaspoons milk


1. Scrub and dry the potato and prick thoroughly. Put on a paper towel and cook for 2 minutes. Turn the potato over and cook for a further 11/2 minutes or until soft.
2. Put the fish fingers and baked beans on a plate and cover the baked beans with clingfilm. Cook for 1 minute. Leave to stand while finishing the potato.
3. Peel the potato and mash with the milk. Place on the fish finger plate.
4. Without removing the cling film from the baked beans, replace the plate in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Test to make sure that the fish fingers are cooked and the potato and beans are at a suitable temperature before serving.
