MOCHA-MILK-SHAKEPREPARATION TIME: about 5 minutes
COOKING TIME: about 45 seconds, plus cooling
MICROWAVE SETTING: Maximum (Full)

300 ml (1/2 pint) milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2-1 medium banana
2 tablespoons pineapple
juice

2 scoops or 2 heaped
tablespoons vanilla ice
cream
1 tablespoon finely
crushed chocolate flake

1.  Chill the liquidizer goblet in the refrigerator.
2.  Put 4 tablespoons of the milk in a small bowl or glass and stir in the coffee granules and cocoa powder. Cook for 45 seconds or until the milk is steaming, then stir to dissolve the coffee and cocoa and leave to cool.
3.  Peel and cutthe banana into chunks. Place in the liquidizer with the coffee mixture, the remaining milk, the pineapple juice and half the ice cream. Blend until smooth.
4.  Divide the milkshake mixture between 2 chilled glasses or mugs. Add the remaining icecream and sprinkle the tops with chocolate flake.
