1 kg beef,
4 eggs,
350 g butter,
1 cup bread crumbs

1 kg potatoes,
200 g cheese,
3 eggs,
salt, pepper, fat.
Dress and cut beef into small pieces. Run twice through meat grinder, add 3 eggs, salt, pepper. Mix well. Shape this mass into round flat patties, place a dab of butter into the center of each, close patty over butter forming a meatball. Dip in beaten egg, dredge in bread crumbs (repeat this procedure twice), sear in a large amount of fat and bake in oven till clone.
Garnish with potato sticks prepared as follows: cook peeled potatoes, mash by rubbing through fine sieve, add grated cheese, 3 eggs. Mix well, shape into sticks, dredge in bread crumbs, fry in a large amount of fat till golden crisp.
