8Ingredients:

1 kg beef,

2 onions,

1 egg,

2 slices of whole-wheat bread,

1 tbsp butter, and sour cream,

2 tbsp whole-wheat bread crumbs,

'/2 cup milk,

salt, pepper.

Stuffing:

2 eggs,

1-2 cooked carrots,

1/2 tbsp butter,

2 tbsp sour cream, salt.

Pass beef through meat grinder, add whole-wheat bread soaked in milk and sauteed onions, and pass through meat grinder again. Add one raw egg, salt and pepper, sour cream and mix. Stuffing: Whisk raw eggs with sour cream. Add diced cooked carrots and salt to taste. Make an omelette. Place the omelette onto a thick layer of minced meat. Roll mixture fasten edges and ends. Place on well buttered pan and coat with whipped egg. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, puncture at 2-3 spots and bake in oven for 45 min - 1 hour. Cool, cut into slices and serve.
