I'm rather plump. And I don't like it. Want to find some good diet, but afraid for my health. Could you advise me smth?

My advice is: go in for sports, do exercises and don't overdo diets. They're usually bad for your health.
But try to eat less and never eat during 2 hours after exercises.

Remember that hard diets are not so good for your health. It is better to eat everything, but in proper quantity. Also try to use food steamer and oven more often than a frying pan.
