Cottage cheese with vegetables


  • 200 g very low fat natural cottage cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
  • dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • pinch of salt

Take  cottage cheese and place in a salad bowl.  Cut the tomato and cucumber into small chunks.  Add them to the cottage cheese.   Mix all the ingredients with the spring onions,  dill and cream cheese.
