Quorn & Bean Chilli Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small fresh chilli, seeds removed & finely chopped or 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 350g pack Quorn Mince
  • 397g/14 oz can borlotti beans, drained & roughly mashed
  • Fry Light, for spraying

Mix the onion, eggs and chilli or chilli powder together in a bowl. Add the Quorn Mince and beans and stir well. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape into burgers. Spray the burgers on both sides with Fry Light and cook in a non-stick frying pan for 7-10 minutes each side until crisp. Serve immediately.
