Ingredients

  • 4 mackerels
  • juice from 1/2 lemons
  • salt
  • pepper black ground
  • vegetable oil

We cut mackerel on a la carte pieces. We lay out fish in a bowl. We salt and pepper fish. We press out juice from the half of lemon and pour fish. We mix everything and abandon pickled on 30 minutes.
We warm up an oven to 200 degrees. On a roasting pan we lay foil (we tear away an about 1 m of foil) and oil a bit her vegetable oil. We lay out fish with a marinade on foil and we wrap up from every quarter. We put in an oven on 20 minutes. Then we expose fish from foil and yet put in an oven on 7 minutes.
