Ingredients

  • 1 cup khoa or khoya (can be replaced by unsalted ricotta cheese)
  • ½ cup ghee (you can use clarified butter instead)
  • ½ cardamom powder
  • 2 cup sugar

1. Mix ricotta cheese, sugar and cardamom.

2. Slowly fry the ricotta cheese mixture with ghee in low heat till golden color and get consistent paste.

3. Pour the same in greased plate and cut it in the 8 diamond or cube shape. Decorate with any nuts.

4. Serve chilled.
