4 x 6 oz salmon steaks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 oz butter

4 x 175 g salmon steaks
1 x 15 ml spoon lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 x 15 ml spoons flour
25 g butter

Preheat a large browning skillet for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the salmon steaks with lemon juice and seasoning then coat with the flour. Without removing the skillet from the oven, toss in the butter. Quickly add the steaks, arranging the thickest parts towards the edge of the skillet. MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 3 minutes. Turn the steaks over and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 3-4 minutes until the fish flakes easily, giving the dish a half-turn after 2 minutes. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
