Manti in multicooker

Ingredients

  • For the dough:
  • 500 g (18 oz) wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 ml water
  • salt
  • For the mince:
  • 300 g (10 oz) veal fillet
  • 300 g (10 oz) pork fillet
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) onions
  • 5 g (0.18 oz) garlic
  • 1 liter water
  • salt, spices

1. Make the dough. Put flour on the table; add eggs, vegetable oil, and salty water. Mix all and knead the dough.

2. Make the meat mince. Wash meat, grind it with onions and garlic. Add eggs, salt and spices. Mix everything.

3. Roll the dough thinly, cut out circles of dough.

4. Put some meat mince to the center of every circle. Press the edges together.

5. Pour water to the multicooker cup. Set the container for steaming on it. Press "Steaming" for 35 minutes. Cook until ready.
