Orange creams
Imperial4 large firm oranges
1/2-3/4 pint milk
1 oz cornflour
2 oz sugar
2 oz chocolate chips

4 large firm oranges
300-450 ml milk
25 g cornflour
50 g sugar
50 g chocolate chips
Cut the oranges in half and carefully scoop out the flesh. Press the flesh through a sieve to squeeze out the juice. Make the juice up to 600 ml/1 pint with milk.
In a large bowl, blend the cornflour and sugar with a little orange milk. Add the remaining milk and stir well. MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 4-5 minutes until smooth and thick, beating every minute. Cool for 10 minutes, then stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon into the orange shells and serve.
