Halibut with prawn sauce
Imperial4 thick halibut steaks
1/2 oz butter, softened
4 oz peeled prawns
1/4 pint double cream
2 tablespoons ketchup

4 thick halibut steaks
15 g butter, softened
100 g peeled prawns
150 ml double cream
2 x 15 ml spoons ketchup
Arrange the steaks in a large shallow dish, with the thickest parts towards the edge. Spread with butter and season. Cover and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 4 minutes. Mix together the prawns, cream and ketchup. Spoon a little sauce over each steak. Cover and MICROWAVE ON LOW for 2 minutes.
