2 x 15 ml spoons milk or single cream
salt and freshly ground white pepper
15 g butter


Lightly beat the eggs, milk or single cream and seasoning together in a medium-sized bowl. Add the butter and MICROWAVE ON HIGH for 1 1/2-2 minutes until almost set, stirring once or twice during the cooking period.
Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Serves 1
NOTE: To cook more than 2 eggs, allow an additional 30 seconds for each extra egg.
