3 Ingredients:

60 g bones or 35 g meat,

5 g dried mushrooms,

1 potato,

1/4 onion and carrot,

5 g parsley and parsnip roots,

1-2 tbsp flour,

1/2 egg,

1/2 tbsp butter,

pepper, bay leaf, parsley sprig and dill.

Clean and wash mushrooms, soak in cold water for 2 to 3 hours, cook till done. Strain and chop into fine pieces.

Cook stock from bones or meat with added mushroom stock. Sift flour, add egg, melted butter, water, salt and make a dough. Roll it out I-IV2 cm thick, cut into squares about 2 cm for galushki.

Dice potatoes, put into boiling stock and cook for 5 to 10 min. Add onion, carrot, parsley and parsnip roots cut into fine strips and slightly braise, along with the prepared mushrooms, galushki, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt and cook till done. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley sprig and dill.
