Name Waldorf salad

* 3 sticks celery, sliced
* 1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped
* 1 red apple, cored and sliced, sprinkled with lemon juice
* 50g (2 oz) walnuts, roughly chopped
* 25g(1 oz) sultanas
* 150ml (1/4 pint) natural low fat yogurt
* 1 x 2.5ml spoon (1/2 teaspoon) French mustard
* Salt and pepper
* Lettuce leaves, radicchio etc, to serve

1. In a large bowl mix together the celery, pepper, apple, walnuts and sultanas.
2. Combine the natural yogurt with the French mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the salad ingredients and mix well together.
Serve the Waldorf salad on a bed of lettuce, radicchio or similar.
