Name Tuna Steaks with Mustard

* 50 g (2 oz) butter, melted
* 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 4 fresh tuna steaks, about 150 g (5 oz) each
* salt and pepper
* lemon slices, to garnish

1. Mix the melted butter with the mustard, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Brush half of this mixture over the tuna steaks, on both sides.
2. Place the tuna steaks on an oiled grid on a preheated barbecue. Grill over medium coals for 10 minutes. Turn the tuna over, brush with the remaining butter mixture and grill for a further 10 minutes.
3. Serve the hot grilled tuna steaks immediately with any of the remaining mustard mixture and lemon slices to garnish. Ratatouille goes well with this delicious dish.
