* 1 quantity Traditional Pizza Dough, made up to end of step 3

* 250g (8oz) fresh dates
* 125 g (4 oz) cream cheese
* 1 small pineapple
* 2 kiwi fruit

1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F/Gas 6). Prick dough with a fork, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden. Leave to cool.
2. Meanwhile, halve and stone dates. Reserve a few for decoration, then chop the remainder and put in a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix well, then set aside.
3. Cut top and base from pineapple, then cut off skin. Halve pineapple, slice thinly and cut out hard central core. Peel kiwi fruit; slice thinly.
4. Spread cream cheese on top of pizza. Arrange slices of pineapple and kiwi on top. Decorate with reserved date halves. Chill until ready to serve.
