Summer-fruit-milkshake_cIngredients:
* 350 g (12 oz) defrosted mixed frozen summer fruits, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, morello cherries and redcurrants (or use fresh berries)
* 50 g (2 oz) sieved icing sugar
* 100 ml (3 fl oz) single cream
* 200 ml (7 fl oz) full-fat milk
* ice cubes

Puree and sieve the summer fruits and mix with the icing sugar. Stir in the single cream and milk. Serve in glasses over some ice cubes.

Serves: 8 portions
