* 750 g (1 1/2 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes
* 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons tandoori powder
* 1 teaspoon garam masala
* 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
* 1 teaspoon clear honey

1. Place the chicken in a dish with the lime or lemon juice and salt. Stir well and set aside for 10 minutes. Mix together the spices, yogurt and honey and add to the chicken. Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Lightly oil 4 long metal skewers and thread the chicken on to them. Grill over a preheated hot barbecue for 8-10 minutes, turning them several times during cooking. Serve the kebabs with a refreshing salad, such as cucumber, yogurt and mint.
