* 4 rashers lean, rindless bacon
* 4 eggs
* 2 tablespoons milk
* salt
* freshly ground black pepper
* 1 oz (2Sg) butter

With scissors, finely snip the bacon into a bowl and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs with the milk, seasoning and butter. Pour over the bacon and cook on full power for 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly. Cook on full power for a further minute, then stir. Cook for a final minute and stir again before serving with hot buttered toast.
