* 2 eggs, hard-boiled
* 225g (8 oz) French beans, topped and tailed
* 225g (8 oz) tomatoes, quartered
* 2-3 spring onions, sliced
* 1 lettuce, washed
* 150ml (1/4 pint) garlic-flavoured
* French Dressing
* 1 x 90g (3 1/2 oz) can of tuna fish, drained
* Small can of anchovy fillets, drained
* A few black olives

1. Shell and quarter eggs then leave to cool.
2. Cook French beans in boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Drain and refresh.
3. Place half the French dressing in a shallow bowl, and toss the beans in it,
4. Place lettuce and beans in serving dish.
5. Arrange tuna fish with the anchovy fillets, olives and spring onions on top of lettuce. Surround with tomatoes and eggs.
6. Sprinkle with remaining dressing and serve immediately.
