Raspberry yoghurt dip
Ingredients:* 100 g (4 oz) fresh or frozen raspberries
* 2 tbsp icing sugar
* 200 g (7 oz) Greek yoghurt
Puree the raspberries, press through a sieve and stir in the icing sugar. Stir the raspberry puree into the Greek yoghurt. Serve with fruits like strawberries, pear, apple and peach.
