POTATO ROLL WITH MUSHROOM STUFFINGIngredients:
1 kg potatoes,
1 egg,
3 tsp potato starch,
1 tbsp bread crumbs and fat, salt,
3/4cup mushroom sauce.

Stuffing:
40 g dried mushrooms,
1.5 onion,
1 tbsp fat,
1/2 cup bread crumbs, salt, pepper.
Mash potatoes, mix well with potato starch, raw egg and salt.
Place a thick layer of this potato dough on a damp towel, put the mushroom stuffing on the dough, roll up and seal. Place the roll with sealed edge down, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in oven. Stuffing: cook dried mushrooms till done, chop fine and mix well with chopped parsley, pepper and salt. Serve with mushroom sauce.
