* 1 quantity Deep Pan Pizza Dough, made up to end of step 1

Custard topping:
* 7 teaspoons custard powder
* 4 1/2 teaspoons sugar
* 315ml (10 fl oz / 1 1/4 cups) milk
* 625 g (1 1/4 lb) plums, halved and stoned
* 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

To serve:
* whipped cream

1. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Grease a deep pan pizza tin. Place dough in centre, press to edges with the knuckles, then cover and leave to rise until halfway up the tin.
2. Meanwhile, make copping. In a bowl, blend custard powder and sugar with a little of the milk until smooth. Heat remaining milk until nearly boiling. Stir into custard powder, then return to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and leave to cool a little.
3. Slice plum halves into 4 sections. Spoon custard on top of dough. Arrange plum slices on top and sprinkle with coconut. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold with cream.
