* 75 g (3 oz) raspberries
* 1/2 x 425 g (15 oz) can peaches in natural juice, drained
* 200 ml (7 fl oz) peach-flavoured drinking yoghurt
* 100 ml (3 fl oz) full-fat milk
* 1 tbsp icing sugar

Puree together the raspberries and peaches and push through a sieve to remove any seeds. Using a hand blender, blend together the yoghurt, fruits, milk and icing sugar until smooth.

Serves: 2 glasses
