Ojojo _ Nigerian garnish
* 1 kg. of freshwater yam
* 1 tablespoonful of chili pepper
* 1 small onion
* 1 magi cube
1. Chop the onion
2. Peel, wash and grate yam
3. Beat in salt, pepper and chopped onion
4. Add shrimps and magi
5. Taste for salt, and add more as desired.
6. Deep dry in deep oil.
7. Serve hot with hot pap or agidi.
