Nutty-vegetable-pizzaIngredients:
* 1* quantity Scone Pizza Dough, shaped and ready for topping
* 60 g (2 oz/ 1/3 cup) roasted peanuts, chopped

Topping:
* 1/4 small white cabbage
* 2 carrots
* 2 sticks celery
* 2 tablespoons French dressing
* salt and pepper
* 125 g (4 oz) full fat soft cheese, cubed
* peanuts and celery leaves, to garnish

1. Preheat oven to 220C (425F/Gas 7). Cover dough with the chopped peanuts and press in lightly. Bake the oven for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, shred cabbage, grate carrots and slice celery thinly. Place vegetables in a bowl. Add the French dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon vegetables over the pizza. Arrange cubes of cheese on top. Re-turn to oven and bake for a further 10 minutes. Serve at once, sprinkled with peanuts and garnished with celery leaves.
