Noisette-cupsIngredients:
* 175g (6 oz) plain or milk chocolate 36 foil sweet cases

Filling:
* 225g (8 oz) plain chocolate
* 50g (2 oz) Stork margarine, softened
* 50ml (2 fl oz) double cream
* 50g (2 oz) ground hazelnuts
* 2 x 15ml spoons (2 tablespoons) rum or brandy

Decoration:
* Glace cherries, angelica or chopped nuts

1. Place plain or milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water and stir until just melted.
2. Remove from heat and use to coat insides of sweet cases, coating twice if necessary, until all are well lined with chocolate.
3. Chill until set.
4. Place plain chocolate in a bowl over pan of hot water and stir until melted.
5. Remove from heat and stir in Stork, cream, nuts and rum or brandy. Cool until fairly firm.
6. Place in piping bag with star nozzle and pipe filling into chocolate cases.
7. Decorate with cherries, angelica or chopped nuts and leave to cool.
