Marinated lamb cutlets
Ingredients:
* 4 lamb cutlets
Marinade:
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp soft brown sugar
* 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence (Dried Mixed Herbs)
* pinch of salt
* freshly ground black pepper
Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the Iamb for at least 1 hour. Remove from the marinade and cook under a medium to high grill for about 8 minutes, turning halfway through and basting occasionally. Boil any remaining marinade and pour over the lamb cutlets.
Serves: 4 portions
