Little-Honey-BunsIngredients:
* 3 1/2 oz (100g) Cadbury's Bournville chocolate
* 4oz (125g) soft margarine
* 3oz (75g) caster sugar
* 2 eggs
* 5oz (150g) self raising flour, sieved

For the topping:
* 8oz (225g) cream cheese
* 2oz (50g) caster sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 2 tablespoons runny honey

1. Break the chocolate into a microproof bowl and melt on low power tor 4 minutes. Cream the margarine and sugar together, then beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating well between each addition. Add the melted chocolate, then fold in the sieved flour. Divide mixture between 32 paper cake cases; set aside.
2. For the topping, mix together the cheese and sugar until soft, then beat in the egg and baking powder. Drop a good teaspoonful of cheese mixture on to each bun and dust with cinnamon. Place paper cases into a microproof bun tray, or arrange them round the edge of a turntable (or in a ring on the floor of the cooker cavity) and cook on full power for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
3. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then remove the buns from the tray. Repeat in batches until all the little buns are cooked. Brush each with a little warmed honey before serving.
