* 250 g (8 oz) lasagne
* 1 quantity Bechamel Sauce
* 125 g (4 oz) Mozzarella cheese, cubed
* 1 quantity Bolognese Sauce
* 6 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook lasagne, in two batches, for about 10 minutes until just tender. Drain thoroughly. Spread out on a tea towel.
2. Preheat the oven to 180C (350F/ Gas 4). Grease a rectangular ovenproof dish. In a saucepan, heat Bechamel sauce. Add Mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
3. Arrange a layer of lasagne over base of dish. Spoon over half the meat sauce. Cover with lasagne. Spread with half the cheese sauce. Repeat the layers finishing with remaining cheese sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

Serves: 4-6

Note: This dish may be prepared in advance and baked when required. Serve with a salad.
