Jelly-Glaze_cIngredients:
* 1/4 of a 575ml (1/4 of a pint) packet of flavoured jelly
* 150ml (1/4 pint) of hot water

1. Dissolve jelly in the hot water.
2. Leave in a cool place until just beginning to set
3. Pour over flan filling to cover fruit completely and leave until set.
4. If liked decorate cold flan with whipped double cream before serving.
